Give Pawsitive a real shot — at least two weeks, ideally a full trigger event (storm, vet visit, fireworks, road trip). If your dog won't eat the chews or they don't visibly help, send the pouch back. Even mostly empty. Full refund, no restocking fees, no return shipping cost. We'd rather you take a real swing and bounce than have a bag sit in your cabinet.
If your pouch shows up torn, soaked, or with chews stuck together, photograph it and email us within 7 days. We ship a replacement same day. No need to return the damaged one.
Auto-replenish orders carry the same 60-day guarantee. Refunds apply to your most recent shipment. We don't refund past shipments — but you can cancel future ones in one click in your account.
