Orders placed before noon MT ship the same business day. After that, the next business day. Tracking gets emailed automatically once your package leaves our Boulder warehouse.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes assessed by their country. Pet supplements may face additional inspection in some countries — we ship with all required documentation.
Every order ships with USPS or UPS tracking. You'll get the link by email as soon as it's in transit. Auto-replenish customers get a heads-up email 3 days before the next shipment.
Chews are sealed in a resealable pouch inside a padded mailer — they almost always travel fine. If yours arrives crushed, soaked, or empty, photograph it and email orders@pawsitivepets.com within 7 days. We ship a replacement immediately.
Subscription orders ship on the same schedule as one-time orders. You can pause, skip, or cancel in your account anytime — no calls, no questions.
Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we can almost always update the address. Once it's in the carrier's system, redirects aren't possible.
