You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you or you are authorized to use it.
We make every effort to display product details and pricing accurately. Prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise noted, and we reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order. Once an order is confirmed, the price is locked.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion — for example if we suspect fraud, if the product is out of stock, or if there's a pricing error. If we cancel, we refund you in full within 3 business days.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier receives the package. See our Shipping page for details. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

If you sign up for an auto-replenish subscription, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method at the chosen interval until you cancel. You can pause, skip, or cancel in your account or by emailing support — no minimum commitment, no cancellation fee.
Pawsitive Calming Chews are a dietary pet supplement intended to support normal canine emotional balance during situational stress. They are not a drug, not a substitute for veterinary care, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including anxiety disorders, phobias, or behavioral disorders. Always consult a licensed veterinarian before adding any supplement to your dog's regimen, especially if your dog takes prescription medication, has a chronic condition, is pregnant or nursing, or is under 12 weeks old.
All content on this Site — logos, designs, text, photos, videos, source code, and the Pawsitive name — is owned by Pawsitive Pet Co. or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any of it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
If you submit reviews, photos of your dog, testimonials, or other content to the Site or our social channels and tag us, you grant Pawsitive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content in connection with our business. You represent the content is yours and does not infringe anyone's rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawsitive, its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
You agree to indemnify and hold Pawsitive harmless from any claim or demand made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Boulder County, Colorado, except either party may bring small-claims actions in small-claims court.
